Marketing
In our department, everything revolves around the development of advertising campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, videos and other content for WEICON worldwide. We do all of this not only for our own channels, but also for numerous e-commerce marketplaces where our products can be found. Always with the aim of raising awareness for our brand.
By the way: one project that we are always happy to dedicate ourselves to is our YouTube channel WE do it. Here you can get to know some of the colleagues who we filmed at WEICON.
In our team, you will meet people who enjoy a relaxed and informal working atmosphere and come from very different professional backgrounds. Our department includes creative minds with degrees in marketing, business administration, social sciences and business psychology, as well as trained industrial clerks and image and sound media designers.
Fun fact about us: every year at the WEICON Christmas party and summer party – most of our team members are the last to leave the dance floor.

Hello Tina!
How long have you been part of the WEICON team?
I have been working at WEICON since 2017. Wow, when I think about it, that’s quite a long time. I started out as a PR employee. About a year and a half later, I founded the marketing department and gradually expanded my team.
Why do you like working at WEICON?
I like working here because I feel at liberty to organise my area of responsibility independently. Being allowed to try out new things and enjoying the trust of the management team is a great feeling.
As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
It is crucial for me to encourage my employees to develop their individual abilities and ideas. Nothing is worse than doing a job that doesn’t suit you or bores you. I also always try to be transparent with my team and treat them as equals.
What do you like most about your team?
I like the different personalities in our team. If everyone was as extroverted as me, it could get a bit too much in the long run.
Is there anything else you would like to say to potential applicants?
It’s not just about what training or degree programme you completed or what grades you got at school. The important thing is that you are keen to contribute your knowledge, personality and ideas to our team and to move ahead together with us.
