Nobody knows our chemical products better than we do! Every day we deal with the planning, introduction, testing and modification of our adhesives, sprays, assembly pastes and more. And we do all this with the aim of making the WEICON brand that little bit better and our customers that little bit happier.
Together with our laboratory and application technology department, we are the point of contact for our sales force and many other departments in our company.
With us, you will meet a diverse team of chemists and salespeople. So while some of us are more interested in the composition of an adhesive, others prefer to focus on price calculation.

How did WEICON and you become a match?
I’ve been working at WEICON since 2017 and would love to tell you an adventurous story about how I joined the family-run company. But, the truth is, I simply applied in the traditional way via a job portal.
If someone were to ask you what makes WEICON a special employer for you, what would you answer?

As a manager, what is especially important for you in your team?
My team has to really stick together, just like our adhesives do. It is essential to me that we can rely on each other at all times.

The things each and every one of us achieves every day – well, that’s simply amazing! The whole team is super motivated and always wants to achieve the best for everyone.
